The patent pending Navalis Triton™ Oil Water Separation System provides unmatched effluent quality in a compact form. It elegantly combines the technologies of simple gravity solids separation, Lantec open lattice HD Q-Pac® bulk oil separation, ozone lift and oxidation of emulsified oils, with final polishing utilizing Triton / Klearsep™ 2000 ceramic membrane ultrafiltration unit. The Triton is a properly engineered system that efficiently removes bulk oil to the Waste Oil Tank with minimal water carry-over. The Triton System is simple in design, inexpensive to operate, skid mounted, built for long term reliable operation in the marine environment, hatchable and can be bolted into place.

Green Technology

  • Klearsep™ removes hydrocarbons from bilge water, with a residual concentration of less than 5 ppm (5 miligrams per liter)
  • No chemical, in compliance with Marpol Convention*
Advantages

  • Better than actual legislation (15ppm)
  • Small footprint
  • Open lattice bulk oil coalescing chamber will not clog
  • Treated Water quality independent of ship's rolling and pitching

US Coast Guard and IMO Approved to Resolution MEPC.107(49)
